YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS

Privacy Policy

Your trust is part of every SOULU experience. Here is a clear look at the information we receive through this website, why we use it, who helps us, and the choices you have.

Effective October 21, 2026

SOULU NEW JERSEY CORPORATION (“SOULU,” “we,” or “us”) operates the SOULU website pages that link to this policy. This policy describes how we handle information collected through those pages, their forms, and the analytics and advertising tools they use. Booking, shopping, and other linked services may have their own privacy notices.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a consultation or training form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your message, and your preferred training start date, where applicable. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the details you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, our analytics and advertising tools (described below) and our hosting provider collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the page that referred you, pages you view, and actions such as opening a form, submitting a form, or clicking a booking, phone, or email link. These tools use cookies and similar technologies.

We do not request payment-card details through our website forms. Online bookings are handled through Vagaro. We do not send your name, email, or phone number from our forms to Google or Meta.

How we use your information

  • Respond to your questions and consultation or training requests.
  • Discuss, arrange, and provide the services you request.
  • Manage inquiries and customer relationships in our business systems.
  • Understand how visitors find and use our website, and improve it.
  • Measure the results of our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited our website (targeted advertising), unless you opt out.
  • Operate and protect the website, prevent misuse of our forms, and meet legal obligations.

When we share information

  • Bitrix24, the customer relationship management service that receives our website form submissions.
  • Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel), which receive the automatically collected information described above to provide analytics and advertising services.
  • Cherry, our financing partner, whose payment plan widget on the Payment Plans page receives the information you enter there and technical data from your browser.
  • Our website hosting and technical service providers, which process data needed to run the site.
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

If you choose an online booking link, you leave these pages for Vagaro. Information you enter there is handled under Vagaro’s privacy practices and may be made available to us to manage your appointment. Links to Instagram and Telegram are likewise governed by those services’ own policies.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, allowing Meta and Google to collect information through our website for targeted advertising may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information, or “targeted advertising,” under some U.S. state privacy laws, including the New Jersey Data Privacy Act. You can opt out at any time, as described below.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how visitors use the site. It sets cookies such as _ga. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Meta Pixel helps us measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show ads to people who visited our website. It sets cookies such as _fbp. You can manage ad settings in your Meta ad preferences.

Some pages also include embedded video whose provider may receive technical information. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then work differently.

Your privacy choices

You can opt out of targeted advertising and the related “sale” or “sharing” of your information. When you opt out using the control below, we stop loading the Meta Pixel and turn off Google advertising features in this browser. Basic, non-advertising site statistics continue. Your choice is saved in this browser, so repeat it on other browsers or devices.

We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including New Jersey, you may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information and access it.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information you provided or that we collected about you.
  • Get a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.

To make a request, email sales@nadia-afanasyeva.com or call +1 (888) 808-0550. We may need to verify your identity, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We respond within 45 days and will let you know if we need up to 45 more days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying with “Appeal” in the subject line; we will respond to appeals within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

You can also ask us at any time to stop contacting you.

Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, maintain our relationship with you, or satisfy legal and business recordkeeping needs. The period depends on the type of information and why it was collected. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.

We use reasonable measures intended to protect the information we handle. No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly use the information of anyone under 18 for targeted advertising. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
